Quantities for 8 pers : Parsley 300gr: You might need to buy around 400gr to 500gr because you will need to cut the stems (1/4 approximately) unless they are really thin When you wash parsley you need to dry it well so when you chop it, it doesn’t soak. When you cut the parsley, make sure you do it slowly, and in one direction starting from the stem up to the leaves.  Do not cut back and forth, the parsley leaves are very delicate so if you chop them too much, they loose their juice and flavour. “Amazing tastes! Great discovery of specialities!”

A very popular lunch place and they do great take-out too! Loved their keebe with the garlic sauce…pure delight! Fresh, tasty, enormous portion. I even had part to take to friends in Lausanne who loved it! Varied menu- all tempting. Great selection of teas too! Lemon grass was perfect with the keebe. Very crowded at lunch–so one can always get takeaway! Friendly smiling staff, great ambiance.
